優雅小輕奢 - Haagen-Dazs x Champagne Louis Roederer下午茶

與朋友一起吃下午茶是開心, 可以任食Haagen-Dazs雪糕更開心, 還可以呷一口白桃士多啤梨香檳超級開心~ Hotel ICONGreen Café正推Haagen-Dazs x Champagne Louis Roederer下午茶, 甜點及咸點都加入香檳製作, 味道及賣相十分討好!

下午茶是每位包一杯自家製檸檬汁/即磨咖啡或茶, 另外還包一杯白桃士多啤梨Louis Roederer Brut Premier香檳, 甜之中帶少許微酸, 極易入口, 非常適合女生飲用及打卡.


6款甜點及6款咸點的下午茶, 最先攻佔眼球的必然是甜品, 因造型精緻可愛! 例如 哈密瓜 士多啤梨’,  是朱古力分別裹著哈密瓜雪糕及士多啤梨雪糕, 尤以哈密瓜雪糕清新.  在旁的是Haagen-Dazs開心果朱古力.


日本青森蘋果撻很可愛,  one-bite size吃到清爽果肉, 香甜清酸~

而我最喜歡的是擁有絲滑朱古力外層的焦糖爆谷朱古力忌廉蛋糕, 那種幼滑、那種溫度絕對令人愛上.


話明是Haagen-Dazs聯乘, 可無限任食5Haagen-Dazs 雪糕杯, 當中還有新口味的哈密瓜雪糕(有果肉)! 早前我在專櫃吃過已十分喜歡, 在這裏可以任吃!!!  Chai Latte帶少少薑味茶味濃濃, 很合口味.



咸點也有水準~ 建議先吃水晶香檳啫喱配魚子醬, 把香檳做成啫喱, 慢慢在口腔內融化, 以另一角度去 香檳, 配合魚子醬, 是優雅中帶小輕奢.


個人最愛香檳啫喱鴨肝醬超香濃軟滑, 入口即溶, 沒有過多的鴨羶; 香檳忌廉燴磨菇是滑捋捋的, 好香口~


粉紅香檳血瑪莉伴辣蝦, 像一般下午茶的item, 但就由cocktail dressing轉為粉紅香檳, 輕帶醉香.  另外亦有煙三文魚香檳凍批.


朱古力火鍋伴雜莓及棉花糖, 朱古力雖好吃, 但這份量我們確實吃剩很多, 以微酸士多啤梨沾上香濃朱古力, yummy!!!

一直都覺得GREEN的英式傳統鬆餅好吃, 雖然每次都吃得很飽, 但依然會吃! 無論配不配奶油忌廉及果醬, 同樣滋味!
